Synopsis

Joe sits alone in a parked car, in a closed garage, with the engine running. When his sister Grace discovers him, a mundane argument about sharing the car quickly unravels into a confrontation. What begins as sibling bickering exposes a far more dangerous reality: Joe is on the brink, his depression overwhelming, and he has sought to end it all.

As Grace pieces together what’s happening, panic gives way to fear and love. She tries desperately to pull Joe back from a moment that could shatter their lives forever. She says all the wrong things, never having faced this sort of situation before. Despite this, the siblings finally connect, and pledge to get Joe help. This short drama captures the fragile line between ordinary family conflict and unspoken crisis, to raise awareness about suicide and depression.
