BAFTA albert

Apr 2023 – Jul 2023 Junior Events Producer

Logistics and Production of events for albert, the sustainability arm of the screen industries. I work closely with the Communications team to deliver stakeholder events and to facilitate albert’s presence at in-person events. I produced albert’s Sustainability Summit and booth at the Media Production & Technology Show. I ensured events were delivered to a high standard and to budget, and that a thought-through and well-executed attendee journey was delivered for every event.

VICE Media

May 2022 – Jan 2023 Post Production Coordinator – Branded

Administrative Support for the branded content team. Additional support to short-form and digital teams. Strong industry knowledge of post-production processes and workflow. Support Production in advance of the shoot and throughout post; bookings management; sourcing and liaising with freelancers; ensuring videos met delivery requirements and deadlines. Delivered videos to the internal Video Library. Used Frame.io to review videos. I developed a strong understanding of booking software Wolftech and trained others. Managed successful documentation projects for the department.

Nov 2021 – Apr 2022 Postproduction Coordination Trainee

Administrative support for the Producer for True Believers and High Society series. Managed bookings for edit suite, voiceover, and hardware; liaised with key stakeholders.

Sep 2021 – May 2022 Data Operator

The first step of postproduction, predominantly for Vice World News and i-D short-form video. Handled media and archive material; ingesting footage; data management. I developed stakeholder training documentation, including an internal microsite with an FAQs page. I developed a strong understanding of software Wolftech, Hedge, and Aspera. High attention to detail, professional communication, and technical knowledge.

Ealing Film Festival, UK

Jan 2022 –– Festival Coordinator

Nov 2021 – Jan 2022 Volunteer Coordinator

As the Volunteer Coordinator, I organised volunteers for the first physical iteration of the Ealing Film Festival (December 2021) and was the Front-of-House Manager. I joined the organising team as the Festival Coordinator in January 2022. In this capacity, I am involved in film selections, communications (website, inbox, festival platform, social media), managing volunteers, scheduling and front-of-house management at the festival itself.
