Administrative Support for the branded content team. Additional support to short-form and digital teams. Strong industry knowledge of post-production processes and workflow. Support Production in advance of the shoot and throughout post; bookings management; sourcing and liaising with freelancers; ensuring videos met delivery requirements and deadlines. Delivered videos to the internal Video Library. Used Frame.io to review videos. I developed a strong understanding of booking software Wolftech and trained others. Managed successful documentation projects for the department.

The first step of postproduction, predominantly for Vice World News and i-D short-form video. Handled media and archive material; ingesting footage; data management. I developed training documentation, including an internal microsite with an FAQs page. I developed a strong understanding of software Wolftech, Hedge, and Aspera. High attention to detail, professional communication, and technical knowledge.
